Yesterday, representatives of the Russian Centre for Reconciliation and Withdrawal of Refugees headed by General Bakin, together with a pool of journalists from various international media, visited Homs.

The governor of Homs Province, Talal al-Barazi, led all the visitors through the prepared premises and showed a scheme of accommodation for refugees from the Rukban camp.

He added that one of such premises can accommodate about 1200 people, and he also said that Homs has already received a large number of refugees, and thanks to the Russian side it is possible to restore the city quite effectively.

Representatives of the Syrian Red Crescent demonstrated their readiness to provide medical assistance and humanitarian aid.
