Russia holds day of mourning for victims of military plane crash

Russian President Vladimir Putin declared Monday a day of national mourning for those who died in Sunday’s Tu-154 plane crash.
The plane from Russia’s Defense Ministry vanished from radar screens shortly after taking off from the Black Sea resort of Sochi. There were 92 people on board the aircraft, consisting of eight crew members and 84 passengers.
